This unit is used for turbine control in a mini hydel
power plant & also doubles as a lubrication system,
supplying cool, filtered oil to the high speed bearings
of the rotor.

The unit is equipped with an oil reservoir, 2 pump &
electrical motor sets ( 1 working + 1 standby), duplex
5 micron pressure line filters, nitrogen charged
accumulator, hand pump for emergency start, servo
operated direction control valve. The servo valve
operates a hydraulic linear actuator (servo-motor).

This unit is used for gate opening & closing. Provision is made for slow speed normal operation & high speed emergency operation.

The unit is equipped with a 200 liter reservoir, suction strainers, gear pump & electrical motor, nitrogen charged accumulator, hand pump for emergency start
