For the machine tool industry a number of applications
have been covered. These include standard application
like auto lathe, surface grinding, milling & also special
purpose machines like gap grinding machines (piston
ring plants), Button removal (piston plants), Caulking
machines (automobile plants), Drilling & milling (brake
shoe plants).

Operations performed are Job Clamping, fast tool
approach, slow machining feed, fast retraction & de-
clamping. The feed rate is controlled using pressure &
temperature compensated valves to ensure constant
feed rate irrespective of temperature & pressure
variations
