This power pack is used for grinding of both sides of a
surgical blade. The power unit facilitates movement of
a hydraulic cylinder at four speeds, two speeds for
forward movement & two speeds for retraction. Each
speed can be controlled independent of the other. The
surgical blade approaches the grinding wheel at a high
speed, the grinding is done at a slow speed, the blade
is then flipped, followed by slow grinding of the second
cutting edge & fast retraction.
