Ace manufactures Hydraulic Cylinders to ISO specifications (ISO 6020 / 6022) & also to customer's specification. These include long stroke cylinders for material handling in tunnel furnaces, machine tool applications, broaching machines, presses, die casting machines, core pulling cylinders for aluminum die casting applications, paper mills, cold & hot steel rolling mills etc.

Material specifications

Hydraulic cylinder tubes : HONED/SKIVED & ROLLER BURNISHED seamless tube as per DIN - 2391 conforming to the following specifications :

Material	:	ST 52.3 BK + S
Tensile Strength	:	650 N/ Sq. mm
Elongation	:	10% or better
OD Tolerance	:	As per DIN - 2391
Straightness	:	1: 2000mm or better
Surface Finish	:	Burnished : 0.2 micron Ra (max) Honed : 0.4 micron Ra (max)
Hydraulic cylinder tubes : HONED/SKIVED & ROLLER BURNISHED seamless tube as per DIN - 2391 conforming to the following specifications :

Material	:	CK 45
Tolerance	:	ISO f 7
Chromium Thickness	:	20 microns on radii
Surface roughness	:	Ra ( max) 0.2 micron
Hardness	:	Hv 0.1 / Hv 800 - 1000
Corrosion Resistance	:	According to NSS ISO 3768 & ASS ISO 3769
Seals : Seals of Busak + Shamban, Germany / Hallite, U.K. are used by us for most applications.
