INTERLOCKING TILE PRESS
Hydraulic oil based Interlocking Tile Presses manufactured
by Ace Automation Engineers are used for manufacturing pavers,
concrete interlocking blocks, bricks, curbstones and mosaic
tiles. With a pressing capacity of 75 tons these presses can
produce pavers with a compressive strength of over 350 Kgf/sq.cm.
These presses are available in three models
1. TP75TA :- Fully automatic with hydraulic compaction and
ejection.
2. TP75TSA:- Semi automatic with hydraulic compaction and
manual ejection.
3. TP75TM:- Manual with hydraulic compaction and manual ejection.
Special Features: All hydraulic and electrical
components used are sourced from reputed international manufacturers;
has high production rate; produces tiles/pavers of uniform
thickness and excellent finish; low rejection rate; low maintenance
cost and trouble free service; require less labour; pressure
infinitely adjustable; hydraulic cylinders used are made from
a solid block of steel, duly tested for cracks and defects;
super finished, hard chrome plated piston rods are used.
